Due to the typically reduced commissions involved with this type of transaction, however, I can only potentially offer to pay a referral fee if the transaction produces a gross per side commission of at least $5,000, and only if the client is either selling OR is either buying with cash or has already been well loan pre-qualified.  If that is the case, I'd be happy to receive an RFA from you, indicating a 15% referral fee payable to you.
